This wine, compared to the Tifeo Rosso, is at a higher qualitative level while respecting the traditional island production. The grapes belong to the Piedirosso and Guarnaccia varieties from the first productions of the Pietratorcia vineyards. The vinification is very accurate and respectful of the tannic characteristics of the varieties: maceration of the skins for at least a week with continuous punching, racking and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The product obtained has an intense ruby color, vinous, spicy and soft on the palate, with a good alcohol content and body. We recommend pairing with risotto and with white and red meats.
