Always mix before use. Dose 1 spoon per kg. of product. Before cooking, use the condiment as a normal salting on roasts, game, guinea fowl, "rost beef" lamb, minestrone and fried eggs. Halfway through cooking, use the preparation on steaks, liver, oblongs, chops.
